If you are interested in solving marriage, divorce, custody, or child support related issues, we are only accepting new clients for mediation and uncontested matters. For both estate planning and family law related matters, please start with a 15 minute call.

We will go over exactly what would happen to you and your family today if something happened to you, and then you will know exactly how to plan around anything that does not sit well about the default plan for your family and your assets. You will submit your family details in advance so that we can hit the ground running at this meeting to answer all of your questions and begin designing your personalized estate plan.

Please note that the $750.00 meeting fee shall be waived so long as you keep your appointment, submit your Intake information three business days in advance, and come to the appointment with all decision-makers, i.e. spouse.  If you need to reschedule and it is 10 days or less before your appointment, there will be a $25.00 rescheduling fee charged to your card on file. This will be applied forward as a credit toward planning as an additional deposit.   If you cancel, within 10 days or less of your appointment or do not come with all decision-makers, you forfeit your deposit and will be charged the balance of the meeting fee ($600.00)
